Contest Rules

Here are the contest Rules that will need to on a link on the Landing Page AL-Bot Coloring Contest Rules

1. Contest Duration: The contest begins once the post is live on Facebook and LinkedIn and runs for 7 days from the time of posting. All entries must be submitted before the deadline specified in the contest post.
2. How to Enter:
   • Download the AL-Bot coloring page from the provided link.
   • Participants must color the AL-Bot drawing using any medium (digital or traditional).
   • Submit your entry by commenting on the contest post on either Facebook or LinkedIn with a photo or digital file of your colored AL-Bot.
3. Eligibility:
   • This contest is open to all ages.
   • Kids are encouraged to participate; however, if a minor wins, the $100.00 Amazon gift card will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian.
   • Contest is open to residents in areas where Amazon gift cards are valid and permitted by law.
   • Employees of Attain Technology and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
4. Prize:
   • One (1) winner will receive a $100.00 Amazon gift card.
   • There is only one prize for this contest, which will be awarded to the best entry, as voted by the Attain Technology team.
   • The gift card will be delivered digitally to the winner via email.
5. Selection of Winner:
   • The winner will be selected by a vote conducted by the Attain Technology team based on creativity, effort, and overall aesthetic.
   • The winner will be announced on both Attain Technology’s Facebook and LinkedIn pages within 3 days after the contest ends.
   • All decisions made by Attain Technology regarding the winner are final.
6. Submission Guidelines:
   • Only one entry per participant is allowed. Multiple submissions from the same participant will result in disqualification.
   • By entering the contest, participants grant Attain Technology permission to share, repost, and use their artwork on social media channels, marketing materials, and other platforms with proper credit.
7. Statement of Rights and Usage:
   • By participating in the contest, participants agree that Attain Technology retains all rights to the submitted artwork and may use it for promotional, marketing, or other purposes without additional compensation.
   • Attain Technology may modify, edit, or repurpose submitted images in any way deemed necessary for its use.
8. Claiming the Prize:
   • The winner will be contacted through direct message on Facebook or LinkedIn. The winner will have 48 hours to respond with contact information (for minors, the parent’s or guardian’s details) to receive the prize.
   • If the winner does not claim the prize within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected from the remaining entries.
9. Contest Restrictions:
   • This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or LinkedIn.
   • Any inappropriate or offensive entries will be disqualified and removed.
10. Entry Ownership and Release of Claims:
    • By participating, participants agree to release all claims related to the ownership, use, or modification of their submitted artwork. This includes releasing Attain Technology from any future claims for compensation, credit, or use of the entry.
    • Participants grant Attain Technology the full, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, and publish the artwork in any format, including for promotional purposes, without additional compensation or notice.
    • Participants acknowledge that Attain Technology has full discretion over how the artwork is used or modified for future use.
11. Legal Terms:
    • By entering the contest, you agree to abide by these rules and the decisions made by Attain Technology, which shall be final and binding on all matters related to the contest.
    • Attain Technology reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest at any time if necessary.
